Birth Time Rectification

Your birth time sets the angles of your chart — the Ascendant, the house cusps, the frame every planet is read inside. A comprehensive reading rests on an accurate birth time.

Everyone deserves a comprehensive reading. When the time is missing or uncertain, rectification is how you get one back.

What It Is

Recovering the time from the life

Rectification is the work of finding your birth time inside the life you have already lived. An astrologer takes the events you can date — moves, marriages, births, deaths, the year everything turned over — and tests candidate birth times against them until one time accounts for the whole timeline.

The result is a birth time with the chart’s own evidence behind it: angles and house cusps that line up with what actually happened to you, and when.

The Process

How it works

  1. You gather your history

Dated life events, as precise as you can make them. The turning points, the relocations, the losses, the beginnings. The richer and more exact your timeline, the sharper the result.

  2. The range gets narrowed

Your astrologer starts from whatever is known — a hospital record, a family memory, the part of the day you were told about — and establishes the window the true time lives inside.

  3. Candidate times are tested

Every candidate time moves the angles. Each one is run against your dated events to see which timing techniques land and which do not. Times that fail the timeline are ruled out, one at a time.

  4. The time is confirmed

One time holds across the whole history. Your chart is rebuilt on it, and the houses, angles and timing settle into place for good.

The Investment

Why it costs what it costs

Rectification is slow, patient work. It is hours of testing rather than minutes of calculation — every candidate time checked against every event you supplied, and the ones that fail set aside one by one until a single time is left standing. That time is what you are paying for.

And you only pay for it once. An accurate birth time is yours for the rest of your life. Every reading you ever have after it — mine or anyone else’s — stands on solid ground.

Who I Refer To

Two astrologers I send people to

Erik Roth
InSpiral Nexus

Erik works the Soul Search expos, where I have spent time around him and around his work. I trust what I see there.

Patrick Watson
Professional Astrologer · CAP ISAR

I found Patrick’s work online. He holds the CAP certification from ISAR, and that credential tells me he knows the material.

In fairness to you: I have not had a rectification done by either of them myself. I trust their credentials, and I am telling you exactly what I know so you can decide from the same place I would.

If you have a rectification done, I would love to hear how it went — what the process was like, and what the recovered time opened up for you.
